A: Standard orders ship within 7–10 business days. Custom designs may take a little longer depending on complexity. You’ll always get tracking info once your mirror is on the way.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–10 business days once shipped. Some items may ship from international warehouses and take 7–15 days.

Q: Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

A: We ship from several warehouses to speed things up.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately — all with their own tracking numbers.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Absolutely — you get 30 days from delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging. Just reach out and we’ll take care of the rest.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

A: We’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.
Send us a clear photo of the issue + your order number and we’ll get it handled.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: You have a small window before the order begins processing.
If you need to change or cancel something, message us ASAP and we’ll try to catch it for you.

Q: Where is Inked In Glass based?

A: We run operations out of Virginia, USA, with fulfillment handled through multiple partner warehouses to keep shipping fast.

Q: Do you offer custom products?

A: Yes — our custom laser-engraved LED mirrors are built in-house. You can upload your own artwork or describe your idea right on the product page.

Q:Will I get tracking?

A: Yep. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order ships.

Q: Can I choose LED colors?
A: Yes! Our mirrors include multicolor LED strips with a remote so you can change colors, brightness, and effects anytime.

Q: Do the mirrors require any special installation?
A: No special tools are required. Each framed mirror is ready to hang. If you have a custom request (like mounting hardware), let us know at checkout.

Q: Can I use the digital downloads for engraving on my own machine?
A: Yes, our SVG/PNG packs are laser-ready. You may use them for personal and small business projects, but resale of the digital files themselves is not permitted.
